Product Manager

As part of the Product team at PlayStudios Israel, you will play the main role in creating a one-of-a-kind real-time multiplayer game, played by hundreds of thousands of players a day

Each Product Manager in the company owns a different area of the product, together with a dedicated multifunctional team of Developers, Artists, Designers, and Data Scientists.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap based on business analysis, market trends, and most of all - your ability to dream big.
• Lead a dedicated cross-functional team, and set it for success. Be able to collaborate with all the different disciplines in the team, share business knowledge with the team, and create an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation within it.
• Invent new and innovative social game mechanics. Be sensitive to the elements that create thrilling user experiences.
• Specify feature requirements and how they shape the product, taking into account the various constraints and available resources (technical, UX, cost).
• Define the KPIs and analytics for evaluating the effect of a new feature and its benefit to the product.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Gaming.

• Ability to converse on a technical level.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a team player approach.
• A creative and innovative mind.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Preferred but not required - Previous start-up experience / Proven experience in contributing to a successful project or product in the past.
