🎯 We're hiring!

Looking for a sharp, team player to join our growing Customer Success team at POSIT – a leading software company in the POS and business management space.

🛠️ What the role includes:

✔️ Providing day-to-day technical support

✔️ Managing both SMB and enterprise client accounts

✔️ Delivering training and onboarding for new customers

✔️ Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders

✔️ Evening and Friday shifts (with additional compensation)

👀 Who we're looking for:

🔹 Highly service-oriented, organized, and a quick thinker

🔹 Experience with POS systems or retail/shop management – a big plus

🔹 Independent, fast learner with excellent communication skills

📍 Location: Petah Tikva

🕒 Full-time position
