Product manager- Network&OSS

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a robust background in OSS, focusing on Network planning tools and inventory systems. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the OSS field, preferably as a Product Manage or as a manager of product owners/managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and optimization of network planning tool, how to design network planning templates and transform them to network build
• Design and develop network resource and service templates, with good understanding of Plan & Build processes.
• Implement software solutions for network resource and service Plan & Build, including UX and UI design
• Ensure compliance with TMF and 3GPP standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development and integration of systems.
• Lead API integration efforts to ensure smooth interoperability between systems.

Requirements

• Must have:
• Proven track record as a Product Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner, ability to ‘jump-into-deep-water and swim’
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage big corporate challenges and hurdles

• Significant advantage:
• 5-10 years of experience in OSS, with a focus on designing network planning & inventory solutions for telecom service providers.
• Managerial experience of at least 3 years of product teams.

• Additional advantages:
• In-depth knowledge of OSS architecture and technologies.
• Expertise in TMF and 3GPP standards and API integration.
