Data Analyst- Maternity leave replacement

Description

This role focus on learning from our install base, helping us improving our quality and customer experience. The Data Analyst will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. He/she will develop analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques Developing and implementing data analyses and data collection systems

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results related to our install base
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources working closely with BI team
• Create dashboard and ad hoc reports to the customer satisfaction team
• Filter and “clean” data by working closely with the professional services team for NPI projects
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Define new data collection and analysis process to improve our visibility to our Install base
• Forecasting and preparations for long terms for service and business aspects Improve customers utilization by review trends and changes
• Implement new method and tools such as machine learning, Azure, etc, and look for opportunities for new technologies
  
  

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst ≥2 years
• BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, working with global teams and presenting clearly data and findings Strong technical knowledge and understanding of our platforms and flows
• Knowledge in Power BI/ Tableau or any other data visualization SW
• SW Develop skills – advantage
• Experience with Big Data – advantage
• Familiar with Databricks / AWS services – advantage
• Knowledge of Python/spark – advantage
