We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of strategic deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Maintaining direct contact with customers and building long-term relationships
• Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams - operations, R&D, QA, integration, services, hardware, etc.,
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage program budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze workflows, suggest improvements, and implement best practices.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, monitor program progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Taking responsibility for the masterwork plan across company divisions: operations, R&D, QA, integration, services, hardware, etc.
• Defining, prioritizing, negotiating and communicating customer requirements
• leadership, and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the Cyber, telecom, security or information domains (inbound and outbound)
• Occasional travel
