Monetization Manager

We are looking for a Monetization Manager to join our team and take part in growing our revenue across the world. As a studio specializing in instant social games for platforms like Telegram, this is a unique opportunity to join one of the most innovative teams in the social gaming space.

Responsibilities:

🔹Plan, manage, and optimize monetization strategies across our game portfolio

🔹Own and manage revenue targets and KPIs including ARPU, conversion rates, and LTV 

🔹Monitor and analyze player behavior and purchasing patterns, adjusting strategies based on data insights

🔹Design and optimize in-game economies, virtual goods pricing, and promotional offers

🔹Stay up-to-date with monetization trends, competitor strategies, and emerging revenue models

🔹Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations 

• 🔹Collaborate with internal teams to optimize player engagement and retention
• Help with onboarding and training

Required Qualifications:

🔹 4+ years of experience in Gaming Monetization - Must

🔹Strong knowledge of F2P game economies and monetization best practices

🔹Proven ability to analyze large quantities of data and present actionable insights

🔹Fluent verbal & written skills in English

🔹Experience with social gaming platforms, particularly Telegram

🔹Passion for gaming and commitment to staying updated with industry trends
