Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a QA team, ensuring alignment with quality standards and timelines.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies to enhance product quality.
• Drive test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA into the SDLC.
• Monitor quality metrics and continuously improve testing methodologies.
• Stay abreast of the latest QA tools and best practices, introducing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a QA Team Leader with expertise in both manual and automated testing.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills in fast-paced environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Jenkins pipelines.
• Excellent understanding of Agile practices and QA methodologies.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira.
