We're hiring: Customer Success Operations – Tel Aviv / Hybrid

A successful and fast-growing SaaS startup in Tel Aviv is looking for a Customer Success Operations to join their team!

This is a strategic, analytical, and cross-functional role that supports the CS department through process design, data analysis, and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

Build and optimize internal processes for the Customer Success org
Analyze data and generate operational insights and dashboards
Work with BI tools to support strategic decision-making
Create reports and automate workflows
Lead CS-related projects across departments

Who you are:

Customer Success or CS Operations background, with at least 2 years of experience
You have strong analytical skills and love working with data
Salesforce experience is a must
Comfortable working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Fluent in English – written and spoken
Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven
