Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CEO, located in Haifa with some work from home flexibility. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and management of the company, ensuring financial health, and driving business growth. Tasks include setting goals, developing business plans, managing operations, leading sales strategies, and making critical company decisions. The CEO will work closely with stakeholders to align the company's vision and objectives with actionable goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Finance and Operations Management
• Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proven track record in Sales and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make informed and strategic decisions
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (partially remote)
• MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
