Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist

Fiverr is looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. To succeed in your role, recruitment must be your passion. Your main purpose will be to help us shape our organization future by hiring talents, scouting potential candidates through various channels, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for hiring needs.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience
• Support recruiters by: screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience.
• Additional project work on an as needed basis
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting from a hi-tech company
• Excellent sourcing skills, great candidate outreach, building short and long-term sourcing strategies
• Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach
• High level of English - written and verbal
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and events with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, HR and Recruiting communities, etc
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment
