Role Description

This is an entry level full-time remote role for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role involves daily interaction with customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all users. The specialist will also analyze customer feedback to improve overall service and contribute to product enhancements.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and full time from remote
• Customer Support experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Analytical Skills for assessing customer feedback and improving services
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the accounting or finance industry is a plus
• Experience in ERP systems is a plus
