We are seeking a proactive, independent and experienced HR Manager to join our growing startup. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that support our company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the management team, implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. 
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Execute Employment agreements; Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations. 
• Implement Welfare, employee well-being and motivation activities; Produce cultural activities and holidays.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and implement training and learning programs.
• Act as contact-person for outsourced Finance team [including payroll] and Company’s lawyer.
• In charge of all administrative tasks; Overall office manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup environment.
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Basic qualifications

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very proactive and independent.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
