Alomone Labs, a global leader in life science research tools, is hiring a proactive, sales-savvy, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our operations team.
This role combines strategic responsibilities across commercial channels with hands-on involvement in processing and fulfilling customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with:
- Procurement platforms
- Marketplaces
- Referral platforms
- Initiate and manage onboarding and supplier registration processes
- Optimize product visibility, performance, and compliance across all commercial channels
- Identify and launch Alomone’s presence on new platforms
- Process and fulfill customer orders, including packing, documentation, and shipping
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure smooth communication
- Support daily administrative and logistical operations
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as the role involves international communication. Fluency in Hebrew is a plus.
- Technologically adept, with advanced Excel skills and a strong command of digital systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Results-driven and creative problem solver
- Proactive, with highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner with a growth mindset and exceptional persistence
- Experience with export logistics, Salesforce, or ERP systems (Priority) – a strong advantage
