HR Coordinator

Job Summary: Join our dynamic industrial organization in Karmiel as a Human Resources Coordinator and become a key player for our team. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR professional to support our recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As a HR Coordinator, you will be part or HR Industrial team in Karmiel, You will get to:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the charge in attracting top talent by supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
• Employee Development: Play a pivotal role in nurturing our employees' growth by supporting development programs and initiatives.
• HR Policies and Routines: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and routines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate welfare events, and contribute to diverse projects that enhance our workplace

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in various HR roles, with a preference for experience in an industrial setting.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of computer applications, particularly Excel.
• Language Skills: High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
