Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join a leading organization in the Sharon area

Key Responsibilities:

Managing HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, employment agreements, and providing support to employees on various HR matters

Organizing and coordinating employee welfare activities

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes as part of a team

Publishing job openings, conducting candidate sourcing, and managing relationships with hiring managers

Screening resumes and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews

Coordinating the onboarding of new employees

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

Relevant academic education

Approximately 2 years of experience as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel

Strong teamwork skills, a proactive approach, and excellent interpersonal skills
