PPC Campaign Manager

WellyBox is looking for a PPC Campaign Manager to take full ownership of our high-budget performance campaigns — and help us turn receipts into something fun.

We’re WellyBox, a fast-growing SaaS startup helping 70,000+ small businesses and freelancers take the headache out of managing receipts and expenses. We’ve grown 400% year-over-year, and we’re just getting started. Now, we’re looking for someone to help us scale our paid acquisition machine to the next level.

You’ll lead and execute performance campaigns across Meta — and help us expand to new channels like Google, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with our CMO and Creative Strategist to create, test, and scale high-converting campaigns that drive real business outcomes.

This isn’t an “optimize the ROAS” kind of job. This is a high-agency, high-ownership role where your work will be seen, measured, and felt — daily.

• Own and manage high-scale paid campaigns across Meta (and beyond)
• Expand our paid acquisition strategy into new platforms (Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate with our creative team to shape winning formats, angles, and ad flows
• Write compelling ad copy that drives action and conversion
• Analyze performance daily and optimize toward sales and revenue KPIs
• Build scalable testing frameworks and growth playbooks
• Work directly with the CMO and have real influence on strategy and budget decisions

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns at scale
• Proven track record of driving direct response and revenue in B2C/SaaS
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads (Google/TikTok/LinkedIn a strong bonus)
• Strong analytical skills — you live in dashboards and know how to act on them
• Creative mindset — you understand ad formats, hooks, and video performance patterns
