We're a fast-growing mobile app startup, looking for a Monetization Manager to join us at an early and exciting stage.

This is a core role with direct impact on revenue, product direction, and user experience. You'll work closely with founders, dev, and product teams to improve how we generate value — from ads to subscriptions and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

Own and optimize monetization strategies across a portfolio of mobile apps.
Collaborate with dev/product teams to integrate and improve monetization features (SDKs, paywalls, ads).
Use data to identify trends, spot opportunities, and guide decisions.
Explore and test new monetization partners, formats, and models.
Help shape the business side of a global product, from concept to scale.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in mobile monetization (ads and/or subscriptions).
Strong data intuition — you know how to ask the right questions and interpret results.
Hands-on experience with platforms like AdMob, ironSource, mediation, bidding.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (product/dev/business).
Excellent written and spoken English.
