The role involves addressing B2B customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Respond to B2B customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Handle and monitor B2B orders and ensure timely delivery
• Handle all aspects of billing, including return products and refunds
• Initiate proactive approach to ensure compliance with forecasts and demands
• Handle and monitor direct to patient shipments, which includes shipment arrival, missing products, lost shipments, return shipments, develop a close relation with courier as well as answer patient inquiries
• Prepare data-based reports for managerial use
• Update local CRM and ensure customer's data is always updated and correct
• Develop and maintain a close partnership with B2B customers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer and patient experience
• Responsibility for preparing periodical commercial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the presentation of key business metrics and insights.
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent Hebrew and English
• Excel – high Level
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with power BI - advantage
• Medical devices / pharmaceutical company experience preferred
• Experienced working with SAP-must
