About the Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cutting-edge social media strategy to grow our global community, boost engagement, and drive performance. You’ll create compelling content, collaborate with influencers, and ensure our brand stands out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

🔹 Create engaging and on-brand content (copywriting, visuals, video concepts)

🔹 Manage and grow our online community, fostering meaningful interactions

🔹 Lead influencer collaborations, including partnerships, negotiations, and campaign management

🔹 Work closely with social media agencies, overseeing campaigns and contractual agreements

🔹 Oversee content production, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output

🔹 Plan and manage photoshoots and production days to create high-quality content

🔹 Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better reach & engagement

🔹 Stay ahead of industry trends, aesthetics, and digital storytelling opportunities

🔹 Operate with creativity and independence, bringing innovative ideas to life

Who You Are:

✅ 2+ years of experience in social media management (brand or agency)

✅ Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms

✅ Strong content writing and creative storytelling abilities

✅ Expertise in influencer marketing and industry partnerships

✅ Hands-on experience in content production, from ideation to execution

✅ A sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and brand identity

✅ Highly independent, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects

✅ English speaker – native level
