We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

Job description:

Full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics.
Communicate with candidates professionally and be a point of contact throughout the entire hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring talent across multiple levels and departments- a must.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and critical projects simultaneously- a must.
High level of English- a must.
Recruitment agency’s past experience- an advantage.
