Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to help us grow our team and shape our clients experience. What you’ll do:

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, with a strong focus on tech and multidisciplinary roles
• Develop smart sourcing strategies to find and engage top talent
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on all things hiring
• Lead onboarding processes / offboarding to create an exceptional employee experience from day one
• Support offboarding, performance reviews, and HR operations with care and precision
• Be a go-to HR partner for managers, offering guidance and insights as the company scales
• Help shape our culture as we grow — every voice matters here

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition partner.
• Proven track record in hiring for tech and cross-functional roles
• English spoken and written.
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting managers
• Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
• Passionate about people, processes, and making things better
