The Role

We’re looking for our Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) – someone who isn’t just ready to book meetings, but eager to build and own the outbound engine from scratch. You’ll work closely with the founders and commercial leads to identify ICPs, test messaging, build scalable outreach processes, and grow a high-quality pipeline. You’ll be foundational to our sales strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation via outbound email, LinkedIn, and creative channels
• Build and optimize outbound sales processes, tools, and cadences
• Collaborate with leadership to define and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP)
• Use data to test and iterate messaging, subject lines, and tactics
• Book and qualify meetings for the commercial team
• Lay the groundwork for a scalable SDR function (hiring, tools, playbooks, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of B2B outbound SDR experience (preferably at a startup)
• Proven experience building or optimizing outbound sales processes
• Strong knowledge of modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
• You love testing and learning – and can move quickly without needing hand-holding
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment (we’re in the office 4 days/week; Sunday WFH)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious, self-starter, and excited by the ownership that comes with being an early hire
