Social Media Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media & content Manager to join our

dynamic team and spearhead the development of our flagship HR software.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic management and creative development of our social media channels. This includes designing compelling content, overseeing website updates, writing and editing articles, and producing engaging digital assets such as webinars, live streams, podcasts, and newsletters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media- Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of all company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Develop and implement campaigns that align with business objectives.

Content Creation and Design: Produce high-quality visual and written content. Utilize graphic design tools to create compelling and on-brand graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

Website Content Oversight: Manage and update website content to ensure it is current, engaging, and optimized. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the user experience.

Article and Content Writing: Write, edit, and publish articles, blog posts, and other written materials that drive engagement and support marketing initiatives.

Webinars and Live Streams: Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars and live streaming events. Ensure these events are well-promoted and provide value to our audience.

Podcast Production: Develop, produce, and manage podcast content that aligns with the company’s brand and engages listeners.

Newsletter Development: Create and distribute newsletters that communicate company updates, industry insights, and promotional content.

Professional Growth: Exhibit a commitment to ongoing learning and development in digital marketing and social media trends. Actively seek opportunities to innovate and enhance our digital strategies.

Motivational Leadership: Demonstrate high levels of motivation and initiative in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.

Strong writing and editing skills with a proven track record in producing high-quality content.

Experience in producing webinars, live streams, podcasts, and newsletters.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Creative, strategic thinker with a strong ability to analyze data and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
