HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our HR team in maintaining accurate HR processes and data management. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and wants to gain experience in HR operations, compliance, and systems. You will assist in employee onboarding, HRIS updates, and ensuring HR policies align with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in HR operational functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HRIS updates across multiple regions.
• Support the management of third-party vendor relationships such as software vendors / Conduct consulting services
• Support the HR team in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with global and regional standards.
• Help ensure compliance with local employment laws by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits.
• Contribute to the implementation of global HR initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Conduct audits and reporting, ensuring HR data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with HR operational projects, including process improvements and system updates.
• PO processing and invoice approval
  
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related role (internship experience is a plus).
• Fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in HR data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
