Lightspeed (Development) Team Lead

The Resonetics Lightspeed Lab is a group of engineers and technicians deploying dedicated, state-of-the-art equipment to provide quick-turn prototyping solutions for the medical device and advanced diagnostic markets.

Each Lightspeed Lab has technology expertise and develops manufacturing processes that can easily scale to high-volume production, which enables our customers to develop and launch products in record time.

Responsibilities:

• Daily management of a group in the Lightspeed Application Development team
• Project management Customer orders in development including providing price quotes Maintaining schedules defined by Lightspeed ADL goals
• Development and improvement of production processes according to customer requirements Transfer from development to production according to prep methodology
• Providing technical solutions and working with engineers and technicians while meeting tight schedules
• Work with all company departments including production, sales, operation and quality assurance
• Communication with customers and subcontractors (in Israel and abroad)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the following fields: machinery/electronics/chemistry/materials
• At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry - mandatory
• Knowledge and experience in managing a team of people - a must
• Experience working with customers - a must
• Understanding of development processes and transfer from development - mandatory
• High technical ability, Hands On · In-depth knowledge of at least one of the company's production technologies
• Familiarity with electrochemical processes, surface treatment processes - an advantage
• Responsible, thorough, organized, with leadership skills, able to lead a team of people and initiate processes.
• Changing work environment, quick ability to learn and implement new processes
