We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Director – Google Ads to lead the strategic direction, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to enhance brand growth and maximize revenue. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for scaling paid media efforts, enhancing customer acquisition, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven strategies.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership & Execution:

• Develop and oversee a high-impact Google Ads strategy that aligns with company growth objectives.
• Lead a team of performance marketers in executing best-in-class campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, automation, and AI-driven optimizations.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

• Manage multi-million-dollar ad budgets with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV optimization.
• Utilize advanced analytics, attribution modeling, and first-party data strategies to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to forecast and scale digital marketing investments effectively.

Brand Growth & Customer Acquisition:

• Develop a full-funnel acquisition strategy that integrates paid search, organic search (SEO), and retention marketing.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within Google Ads, ensuring high conversion rates and customer retention.

Innovation & Industry Leadership:

• Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead internal training and workshops to elevate the expertise of the marketing team.
• Represent Kexino at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including brand, product, and sales, to ensure alignment in growth strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ad tech partners, and Google representatives to drive innovation and performance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive experience in leadership roles within performance marketing, specifically in Google Ads.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, Shopping Ads, and YouTube Ads with a track record of scaling brands.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, attribution modeling, and AI-driven campaign management.
• A strategic and visionary mindset, capable of balancing long-term brand growth with short-term performance goals.
• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments, ideally within an agency or high-growth digital company.
