Talent coordinator Role Overview

The Talent coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding localization professionals, including freelance translators, agencies, linguists, and content writers, who meet the company’s quality, cost, and expertise requirements. This role ensures seamless communication between the company and its community while managing outsourced activities such as webinars, community gatherings, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Identify, head Hunt, recruit, and onboard freelance translators, agencies, and linguists to support BLEND’s localization needs.
• Administrative and evaluation new translator to ensure high-quality services.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet project demands.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with various departments, including IT, Localization Engineering, Client Operations, HR, Finance, Client Managers, Voice Operations, Sales, and Project Management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the visibility of BLEND’s talent network.

Community Management:

• Foster engagement within the freelance translator community through various initiatives.
• Organize and manage community events, webinars, and training programs.
• Address freelancer concerns and ensure smooth collaboration.

HR & Organizational Support:

• Report to the VP of HR and contribute to the recruitment of internal employees.
• Support HR-led initiatives such as employee surveys, training programs, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Native-level Hebrew and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the localization or tech industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a true people person.
• Experience working across multiple technology platforms and adapting to new tools.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms for talent sourcing and engagement.
