A leading financial company in Israel’s payment services sector is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive from the financial industry – a professional, articulate individual with a proven track record in corporate sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to generate results and develop strategic business opportunities.
This is a key position in the company's growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage new clients; lead business development initiatives and build a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes - from needs analysis to business meetings and contract closures.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Work in a hybrid environment, including both office and fieldwork, including travel across Israel for business meetings.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, expanding engagement and long-term cooperation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams - Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Business Development.
- Achieve both quantitative and qualitative sales targets aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales to large companies and corporations- required.
- Professional background within the financial sector: banking, insurance, credit, fintech - required.
- Proven experience in independently sourcing leads and opening doors to new clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English - required.
- Experience in preparing and delivering business presentations to clients and executives - required.
- Experience working with international clients -an advantage.
- Experience selling technology-based services or solutions -an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and high level of independence.
Compensation and Work Conditions:
- Full-time position
- Location: Central Israel | Includes travel nationwide for client meetings
- Base salary with a performance-based bonus model
