A rapidly growing international company is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment processes and support global HR initiatives in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end global recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role profiles.
Collaborate with international recruitment agencies and conduct employee interviews.
Support broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee experience, and process implementation.

Requirements:

7+ years of Proven experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers.
High-level English proficiency—both written and spoken.
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with international teams.
