A rapidly growing international company is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment processes and support global HR initiatives in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end global recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role profiles.
• Collaborate with international recruitment agencies and conduct employee interviews.
• Support broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee experience, and process implementation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Proven experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers.
• High-level English proficiency—both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with international teams.
