Global Clinical Solutions & Training Manager (ADHD SaaS Company)

Though we’re a small 12- person team, operating out of Hofit, we make a big impact! In 2024 alone, over 200,000 MOXO assessments were conducted worldwide, and in the past decade, we’ve surpassed one million tests. 

We are actively searching for a skilled dynamic and knowledgeable Global Clinical Solutions & Training Manager to lead client consultation, training delivery, and trainer coordination efforts worldwide. 

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in psychology, social sciences, or related fields who thrives in customer-facing environments and understands the clinical landscape as well as the nuances of solution-based sales.

You will act as a key liaison between our organization and healthcare professionals—particularly psychologists and clinicians—ensuring they are effectively trained and supported in using our psychological assessment tools. You will also oversee a global network of trainers, providing leadership, guidance, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients (clinicians, psychologists, healthcare providers) to explain and support the use of psychological assessments. Offer expert insight into their clinical applications and interpretation.
• Training Delivery: Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for new and existing clients. Ensure materials are clear, up to date, and tailored to diverse professional audiences.
• Trainer Management: Lead a team of international trainers, offering oversight, coaching, and operational guidance. Ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery globally.
• Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team by participating in solution-oriented discussions with prospects and clients. Translate clinical value into compelling messages aligned with customer needs.
• Group Facilitation: Lead and manage group training sessions, workshops, and client meetings, ensuring high engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align training content with product updates, customer feedback, and strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or related field
• Experience consulting or working with psychologists, clinicians, or other mental health professionals
• Proven ability to deliver training and manage group interactions effectively
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, including comfort with sales-driven conversations
• Experience managing or coordinating international teams or projects
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to travel internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with psychometric assessments or digital health tools
• Experience working in a SaaS or healthtech environment
• Multilingual or cross-cultural communication skills

Just a heads up: Our office is located in Hofit, Israel. We work in a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The job requires moderate travel abroad.
