We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist Tier 2.
Responsibilities
The position includes assisting, through our channels, with technical support and providing customers with full training in our product, bug investigation, as well as documenting new features and processes.
This role involves resolving customer and travel agents’ inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-tier support, when needed.
You will help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize our service based on their business needs and work closely with customer success, product management, and development department.
Qualifications
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English – Must.
-Strong analytical skills and technical orientation – Must.
-Service Oriented mindset - Must
-Tech/Web savvy – Advantage.
-Experience in the field of Customer service/customer support - Advantage.
-Excellent social skills and an enthusiastic team player.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
-Adaptability- Eagerness to stay updated with new products, features, and services, and adapt to evolving troubleshooting techniques.
