What You'll Do

Deliver top-notch customer support across platforms
Handle complaints, follow up promptly, and propose tailored solutions

What You Need

1-3 years of customer service experience - required
Fluent English - required; Hebrew - a plus
Experience with Zendesk or similar tools - advantage
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Passion for helping people and building relationships
