Myfxbook is a growing fintech company, and we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Email Support Coordinator to join our team in Ashkelon.
In this role, you’ll provide technical support and assistance to our global clients via email only. You’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment where communication, precision, and customer satisfaction are key.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via email
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- High-level English (written)– is a must
- Strong computer skills and comfort working in a digital environment
- Previous experience in administrative roles or technical support – an advantage
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
