Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a PPC Account Manager to join our growing customer success team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing advertising accounts for our premium clients, providing both strategic guidance and technical support to ecommerce businesses worldwide with the use of AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage and optimize with PPC advertising campaigns with AI for ecommerce stores
• Lead onboarding processes for new customers
• Address technical inquiries related to the AdScale platform and its integrations (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Deliver consistent, high-quality support and account management services

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in PPC or digital marketing preferably e-commerce field
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work hard independently and as part of a team
• High level of motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

Location

This is an full on-site position at our offices in Yokne'am Illit, Israel.
