Data Analyst

A cybersecurity automotive startup specializing in Automotive and Connected Car technologies, providing a cloud platform for cybersecurity and data analytics for the automotive industry.

Located in central Israel, within walking distance from the train station, the company offers a hybrid work model with two remote days per week. It has 115 employees globally, most of them based in Israel.

The company has completed a Series C funding round, raising over $100 million, ensuring strong financial stability. It is backed by strategic investors from the automotive industry and has paying customers, including car manufacturers, insurance companies, and fleet management firms.

Responsibilities-

• Leading the data onboarding process of new customers.
• Explore raw data of various customers as preparation for parsing and normalization in order to turn data into actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Use big data tools to analyze large scale real-time data of connected vehicles and identify anomalies and emerging threats to create meaningful detectors that bring value for the customers.
• Representing the data function both internally and externally, including customer-facing interactions.
• Automate internal processes using scripting languages.

Requirements-

• 3 years of hands-on experience as a data analyst (military experience considered as well).
• Solid experience in scripting languages, with data analysis tools - a must.
• Experience in querying and analyzing large, complex data sets - a must.
• Striking analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets with great attention to detail.
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - a must.
• Experience with network and messaging protocols such as HTTP, OCPP, MQTT, and CoAP - an advantage.
