About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Engagement & Operations Manager to our Monitoring Enablement Team to drive customer relationships, optimize business operations, and contribute to revenue growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring client success, streamlining processes, and expanding our impact in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Client Engagement & Success:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Conduct regular check-ins to assess client needs and provide insights.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling cybersecurity services to meet client needs.

🔹 Sales & Business Growth:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospective clients and industry opportunities.

• Present cybersecurity solutions to potential clients in a way that demonstrates business value.

🔹 Operations

• Manage clients’ projects with the team including due dates, scoping and hours estimations.

• Work with the team leader for optimizing projects management and execution

Who You Are

✅ Proven experience in client success, sales, or operations

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✅ Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to drive engagement and growth.

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

✅ Willing and able to visit clients as needed to strengthen relationships and drive success.
