We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide technical post-sales guidance to Automat-it customers while maintaining long-term relationships, identifying pain points, and addressing th
em.

Offer post-sales technical support to customers on complicated technical - issuesBe in charge of a portfolio of local and EU-based cus
- tomersAssess and address client queries and needs in a timely manner and assist with utilizing AWS services effec

5+ years of working experience as a Technical Account Manager, DevOps, or Cloud - EngineerHands-on experience with an AWS env
