A successful global company in the medical field is looking for an IT Specialist.
Location: Sharon area | Full-time position | On-site (occasional travel to clients may be required)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT Support and Field Services. Industry-recognized IT certifications and training are a plus.
- 3 years of experience in Help Desk services, field support, and system management. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand the needs of users, both technical and non-technical. Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to business stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in IT operations, working with customer service teams, and understanding IT infrastructure and corporate wireless networks. Understanding of project management methodologies and working within the ITIL framework is required.
- Required technical skills include installation and troubleshooting of technology solutions across various IT environments and remote or physical locations, as well as implementing technology systems in the work environment while minimizing disruptions to business and clinical processes. Knowledge of digital health principles and data security is also required.
- Solid experience in system and infrastructure management.
- Good professional English.
- Availability to respond 24/7 in emergency situations.
