Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Level 1 IT Operations professional. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in system administration tasks. Daily activities involve monitoring system performance, responding to user inquiries, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Operations and Information Technology
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with WIFI and AV System Administration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
