Business Development Manager – EV Charging Solutions

A leading company in EV charging solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to take on a key role in building sales strategy from scratch, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving sales and distribution processes in the Israeli market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies and business development initiatives for EV charging products.

Identify and evaluate business opportunities with distributors, system integrators (SIs), OEMs, and panel builders.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships.

Define sales targets, set KPIs, and monitor performance.

Conduct customer surveys and implement insights to improve satisfaction.

Monitor clients’ financial status and report risk factors to regional management.

Manage contractual risks, including cybersecurity risks, across customer and sales channels.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the Israeli market.

Strong technical background – experience in electrical systems, energy, or relevant technological products.

Deep understanding of the EV charging industry

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Experience in financial risk assessment and contract management – an advantage.

Ability to work independently and lead processes from strategy to execution.
