About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and data-driven PPC Campaign Manager to join our in-house digital marketing team and take charge of our e-commerce websites’ paid campaigns. If you live and breathe performance marketing, love diving into numbers, and thrive on optimizing campaigns that drive real revenue – this is the role for you.

You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more, with full ownership of performance, strategy, and budget optimization. Join a fast-paced, innovative environment where your work directly impacts growth and where success is measured in sales, not just clicks.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and additional platforms.
• Own the performance of e-commerce campaigns – drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROAS.
• Analyze data in GA4, Data Studio, and Tag Manager to make smart, data-backed decisions.
• Conduct A/B tests and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and landing pages.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and constantly innovate campaign strategies.

What You Bring:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce
• Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms – a must.
• Experience with GA4 and Tag Manager – an advantage.
• High analytical skills and business-oriented thinking.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• A proactive, independent mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Passion for e-commerce, digital performance, and conversion funnels.
