We’re searching for a User Acquisition Manager to:

✅ Expand our reach and target new audiences

In this role, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing user acquisition efforts across multiple platforms. Your work will drive engagement and user growth across the entire marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion.

What You’ll Be Doing

✨ Managing the entire marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion

✨ Testing and implementing tactics to improve conversion rates and user engagement

✨ Collaborating with product teams, developers, and marketers to ensure a seamless user experience

✨ Launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram),

LinkedIn, Taboola, and Outbrain

✨ Developing and executing user acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives

✨ Analyzing campaign performance, identifying key metrics, and delivering actionable insights

✨ Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to refine acquisition efforts

What You Bring to the Table

✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product, or a related field

✅ 2+ years of experience in user acquisition (preferably in tech or digital advertising)

✅ Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and subscription-based models (SaaS experience is a plus!)

✅ Hands-on expertise with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola, and Outbrain

✅ Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects 🎯

✅ A creative problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude 💡

✅ Fluent in Hebrew and English
