We are looking for an experienced, professional, and ambitious leader to join our Global Business Unit as part of the Marketing Development team.
The Global Segment Manager plays a key role in aligning our technologically complex products with market needs and driving adoption among customers. This position requires a deep understanding of product technology, market trends, and strategic marketing to enhance the company’s leadership and visibility in the industry.
You will be responsible for the entire product life cycle within your segment, from defining market opportunities and bringing new products to market, to maintaining competitive differentiation and positioning for existing products. This includes developing thought leadership content, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement tools, and business development activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze market needs and business objectives to develop a comprehensive annual business plan, including strategic initiatives and execution tactics.
- Gain deep expertise in our technology and market segment requirements to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Develop compelling content to drive awareness and demand, including thought leadership pieces, sales collateral, presentations, white papers, webinars, and case studies.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their evolving needs, transform insights into market-driven messaging, and foster advocacy within the industry.
- Define and refine competitive messaging and value propositions for the segment’s products.
- Work with media and PR channels to enhance multi-channel marketing efforts and maximize brand presence.
- Partner with internal stakeholders—product, sales, R&D, and marketing teams—to develop effective go-to-market strategies and supporting tools for product adoption.
- Plan and oversee industry events worldwide, ensuring strategic alignment of messaging and brand positioning.
- Engage with industry analysts to communicate the company’s unique value proposition within key market trends.
- Manage business development budgets and ensure optimal ROI from marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. in Engineering or related technical field—mandatory. MBA—an advantage.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B products, preferably in technologically complex products or industries.
- Strong ability to bridge technical understanding with business and strategic marketing needs.
- Experience in developing high-impact marketing content and messaging.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and align multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to influence and drive leadership without direct authority.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- High-level English proficiency in both speaking and writing—mandatory.
