We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Platform Team, focusing on complex workflows and integrations within our platform. This role is centered around ensuring that third-party integrations are seamless, intuitive, and deeply embedded in the user experience—but also offers opportunities to contribute to other areas of the platform as needed.
Integrations are not just add-ons at Duve—they are fundamental. Hotels rely on a network of property management systems, payment processors, and other essential tools to run their operations. A seamless integration experience is key to making Duve work effortlessly within their existing ecosystem, ensuring a truly personalized and automated guest journey.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Product Designer, UX Designer or Interaction Designer, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to understand how integrations interact with Duve’s platform and how users expect to engage with them.
- User-Centric Approach: Deep empathy for how users work, where they expect to find information, and how to reduce friction in integrations.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working with product managers, engineers, QA, and customers to ensure the best user experience.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with system flows, API-based integrations (no need to read API docs, but must grasp integration logic), and data structures.
- Information Architecture & Interaction Design: Ability to design where and how information should surface in the product, ensuring clarity and usability.
- Feedback-Driven: Open to input from teammates, customers, and stakeholders, constantly refining work based on real-world insights.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain design decisions, user needs, and workflows clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
- English Proficiency: Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English, as the role requires clear communication with international team members and understanding technical documentation.
What you will do:
- Own the UX of platform workflows and integrations, ensuring third-party connections to Duve feel effortless, with clear guidance and a smooth setup process.
- Design for clarity: Place the right actions and information in the right place at the right time, reducing friction and confusion for users.
- Work closely with R&D, PMs, and the VP of Design: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to bridge the gap between technical constraints and usability, while also working directly with Duve’s VP of Design and joining the talented Product Design team to align on strategy, receive mentorship, and refine the design vision.
- Engage with customers: Understand their workflows, challenges, and how they use third-party integrations, translating insights into intuitive design decisions.
- Optimize workflows: Streamline how users discover, configure, and interact with integrations within Duve’s platform.
- Define & iterate: Establish UX best practices for integrations, continuously refining experiences based on feedback and data.
