Product Designer

groundcover is a fast-growing B2D company set to reinvent the way developers monitor their cloud-native applications and impact their organization’s scale. As a Product Designer at groundcover, you will play a key role in shaping the product vision and direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to create user-centered designs for our technical product.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet business and user needs
Create and maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across the product
Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in product design working with data-rich environments
Experience designing for technical products or B2B software
Worked in an environment with a design system
Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design principles
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
