Role overview

As a Product Designer at Salt Security, you will be a key player in our mission to provide intuitive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to own and drive the design process for a specific domain of our product. This role requires a keen understanding of user-centered design principles, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to contribute creative solutions to complex problems.

Your creativity and expertise will play a crucial role in defining the next generation of cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define personas, Conduct concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, and find creative ways to solve user experience problems.
• Work closely with Product Management, R&D, and Customer Success teams to craft and enhance the user experience of our products.
• Take ownership of different product domains, and lead the design process from concept to implementation.
• Identify and explore opportunities for new product improvements, ensuring our offerings stay ahead of industry trends.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform and inspire design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Proven experience as a Product designer/ UX researcher in a B2B/ SaaS company.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and contribute to innovative design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma, knowledge of HTML/ CSS; and JavaScript is a plus.
• Work with a team with a super positive attitude that can do anything.
• Broad understanding of usability and user experience principles.
• Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High level of written and spoken English.
