Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and day-to-day management of social media channels across multiple brands and websites, ensuring consistent brand voice and performance.
• Own the relationship with social media and PR agencies—briefing, guiding, and holding them accountable for impactful strategies, creative output, and results.
• Anticipate, plan, and brief the creation of best-in-class creative assets, working cross-functionally to align messaging, visual identity, and campaign goals.
• Develop and execute strategic, insight-driven social media plans that align with brand vision and drive engagement, traffic, and loyalty.
• Work closely with the social media agency to create eye-catching content that connects with beauty lovers and fits the brand’s look and feel.Project manage every moving part—from content calendars to campaign timelines—ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
• Stay ahead of trends and aesthetics in beauty and lifestyle, bringing fresh, original ideas that resonate and perform.
• Operate with autonomy and a creative mind—pushing boundaries, sparking innovation, and delivering results.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing—ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion space.
• Proven experience working with or managing social media agencies and external partners.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Sharp eye for design and visuals, with experience briefing or directing creative assets.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with influencers, creatives, and marketing teams.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and staying ahead of digital trends.
