Cellxpert is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. We’re a boutique tech company with a cutting edge product in the online marketing industry, trusted by global brands such as Fiverr , Elementor and Lemonade. Located in the heart of Tel-Aviv. Full-time position in a SaaS company.
Responsibilities:
The position includes assisting, through our email and chat channels, with technical support and providing customers full training of our product, bug investigation & QA, as well as documenting new features and processes.
You will help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize our service based on their business needs and work closely with customer success, product management, and integration departments.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – Must.
- Strong analytical skills and technical orientation – Must.
- Service Oriented mindset - Must
- Tech/Web savvy – Advantage.
- Experience in the field of Customer service - Advantage.
- Excellent social skills and an enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
