Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-founder CEO located in Israel . The Co-founder CEO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and driving the strategic vision of the company. Key responsibilities include leading business development, managing company resources, establishing partnerships, and ensuring the overall growth and success of the startup. The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders, guiding the executive team, and setting the company culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with team members and stakeholders
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing for driving business growth
- Ability to conduct thorough Research to inform strategic decisions
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in startup environments is a plus
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
