Information Technology Specialist

abra R&D is looking for a IT Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Procurement, allocation, and tracking of mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) within the organization.
• Managing inventory and maintaining accurate records of assigned devices.
• Providing technical support for mobile devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues on iOS and Android.
• Coordinating with mobile service providers and vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Implementing and enforcing mobile security policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Configuring and deploying mobile applications and security profiles.
• Handling service requests related to mobile devices and ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing mobile devices in an enterprise environment, including procurement, allocation, and tracking.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
• Hands-on experience providing technical support for mobile devices running iOS and Android.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Experience in managing service request systems and tracking incident resolutions.
• Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
